The Restoration of Coney Island’s B&B Carousell (NYCEDC)
This carousel has a strong presence on the famous Coney Island Boardwalk close to the iconic Parachute Jump. It is part of the larger Luna Park Amusement park, though the bulk of the park is situated a short walk away. Despite it’s iconic stature, and being the last original Coney Island carousel left, it is often a bit desolate when visiting and staff can be a bit disorganized. However, it’s a must visit with beautiful fixtures.
